Addiction

I have a new addiction. It's small, white and versatile with allot of options. It calls to me the moment I set foot in the house, it beckons me with it's saucy song! It's that stupid Wii that my hub. (husband) just bought and I can't get enough of it. It started out innocently enough, just a game of bowling here and there, but then - then he had to buy Super Mario Galaxy! Ughhh - it's like 7th grade all over again when my friend Laura and I would prop ourselves up and play Mario 3 for hours and hours and hours on end. I can't get anything done while Mario and his galaxy are there, water the flowers, sure, when I'm done beating this level! (2 hours later) cook dinner? Sure, wait until I can save this game! (1/2 hour later) Let's get takeout!! I'm the one who thinks that if we ever have kids, video games should be severely limited. I know the seductive power of those stupid machines! "Hi, my name is Jenny, and I'm addicted to Mario."

My poor Hub., he never knew obsession like a girl and her Mario - it's taking me back I tell ya', back to the good ole' days!!
